Built on dual heat-treated chromoly steel shafts with a 15–20% diameter increase over OEM specifications, the Demon delivers the structural integrity needed for portal gearboxes and 2–5" lift kits. The dual plunge CV joints are 10–15% larger than stock, reducing stress concentrations during extreme articulation. High-load molybdenum grease and TPEE elastomer boots seal out contamination and extend joint life in the harshest conditions.
