Orders
When will my order ship?
-Orders usually ship on the same business day until 5pm EST. If we are expecting a delay in getting your order out, we will contact you for more details.
Do you charge a handling fee?
-No, we do not charge a handling fee.
Is my order shipped the same day?
-Usually orders are shipped the same business day. If an order is not expected to be shipped you will be contacted.
Can I get my order expedited?
-Yes! We do offer expedited shipping options. Please call for more information on getting your shipment expedited for the next day.
Can I return my order?
-Yes, we do offer returns on orders. Please call us to get an RMA.
Do you offer free shipping?
-Free shipping is applied to shopping cart totals over $99. Some oversized items may not qualify for free freight.
How long do orders take?
-Orders are usually shipped the same business day. Standard freight options usually take 1-5 days depending on shipping address. We ship with UPS GROUND and FEDEX GROUND.
Will I get updates when I place an order?
-Yes, order details will be emailed to you after you place an order. Once the tracking number is applied to the order, you will get an email where you can track the shipment.
Will I get tracking information when I place an order?
-Yes, you will get tracking information sent in an email. For some reason, if you do not receive emails please reach out to our support team and we can help get this resolved.
Can I pick up in-store?
-Yes, please call for in-store pick up and in-store availability.

Are product prices and quantities up-to-date?
-Our products inventory and pricing get updated daily. Feel free to reach out if you are unsure on availability or pricing.
Do you sell race fuel?
-YES! We sell VP Race Fuels and Sunoco Race Fuels. We stock many different fuel blends and can special order any fuel on our weekly fuel deliveries.
Do you sell Hoosier Racing Tires?
-Yes, please call for availability.

Where do you ship from?
-We ship most orders from our facility. Orders can be shipped from our warehouses to make delivery times quicker.
What shipping providers?
-We ship with the 3 main shipping providers (UPS, Fedex, USPS) and we can ship oversized items via truck freight.
Do you ship to Canada?
-Yes, we ship to Canada and more! Call us for a shipping quote outside of the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
-Yes, we can ship to many countries, please call in or send an email for international shipping quotes.
Can I get stickers?
