The DEMON Complete Axle Kit is engineered for heavy-duty performance, providing exceptional durability and reliability for off-road adventures. Designed to accommodate various lift heights, this axle kit enhances articulation and plunge capabilities, ensuring optimal performance without binding. With significant upgrades in joint size and material strength, it is the perfect replacement for OEM axles.
- Wide articulation angles to prevent axle binding during extreme maneuvers.
- Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" lifts, as well as select portal gear lifts and a-arms.
- 10-15% larger CV joint size for improved strength compared to standard joints.
- 15-20% increased diameter over OEM axles for enhanced durability.
- Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel for superior performance.
- Features thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots filled with high-load molybdenum grease for extended longevity.
