Nerf bars protect your Z400 from side-impact damage during aggressive riding and racing scenarios, while distributing impact force across reinforced mounting points rather than directly to your frame. The lightweight design means you're adding protection without sacrificing handling or adding unnecessary rotational mass.

DG Performance engineered these bars with a hybrid construction approach: 1-1/4" aluminum alloy tubing keeps weight minimal, while 4-gauge steel brackets and heli-arc welded joints handle the real stress points. High-tensile webbing between the tubes adds secondary containment and impact absorption. This is a bolt-on installation—no fabrication required.
