JJ Motorsports ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") specializes in aftermarket motorsports parts and accessories sold through jj-motorsports.com (the "Site"). Many of our products are designed for off-road, racing, or competition use and are not emission-legal for street use. We do not provide CARB Executive Order (EO) numbers, emissions compliance statements, or designations such as "race only" or "off-road use only" in product descriptions or listings. This policy explains our approach to emissions compliance and related disclaimers.
This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By purchasing from the Site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

1. Understanding Emission-Legal Parts

These standards control vehicle emissions to reduce air pollution.
Many aftermarket parts (e.g., exhaust systems, intakes, tuners, superchargers) can alter a vehicle's emissions profile. Parts that are not certified may be illegal for use on public roads or pollution-controlled vehicles. Since we do not provide emissions-related designations in our listings, assume all products are intended for off-road, racing, or competition use only and may not be street-legal. - Non-compliant parts can result in failed smog checks, fines up to $5,000 per violation, or vehicle impoundment in California and CARB-adopting states (e.g., New York, Colorado, Maine).
We may restrict shipping of certain performance parts to California addresses to comply with state laws.

You are solely responsible for:
- Researching and verifying that any part complies with your local emissions laws before purchase and installation. This may involve contacting the manufacturer or regulatory authorities.
- Ensuring professional installation by a qualified technician.
- Understanding that modifying emissions systems may void your vehicle's warranty under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
