1. Shipping Policy
General Information
We ship from our warehouse in Muskegon, Michigan, using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and method. Rates are weight-based and rounded up to the next full pound per carrier policies. Product weights/dimensions are listed on detail pages.
We reserve the right to verify orders for fraud prevention, which may delay processing. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover to the carrier.
Free Shipping
Free ground shipping applies to qualified orders over $99 (subtotal before taxes/discounts) to the lower 48 US states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Contact us for APO/FPO/DPO quotes—we'll prioritize timely delivery.
Exclusions:
- Oversized/large items (e.g., bumpers, roll cages, engines—handling fees $20-$100 apply).
- Truck freight items (e.g., heavy crates—quoted separately).
- Hazardous materials (e.g., race fuel, batteries—restricted or additional fees).
- Select products (noted on pages, e.g., custom-fabricated parts).
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.

Tracking and Updates
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking info. Track via the carrier's site or your account on our Site. For issues, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, but restrictions apply (e.g., no hazardous items to certain countries). Duties, taxes, and customs fees are your responsibility—we do not mark as "gifts." Delivery: 7-21 business days. No free shipping; rates quoted at checkout.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility and Process
You may return most new, unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must pass inspection for damage/wear.
Steps:
- Contact us at support@jj-motorsports.com with order number, item details, reason, and photos (if applicable).
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2 business days with instructions.
- Ship back via a trackable method (e.g., USPS/UPS) within 7 days of RMA.
- Upon receipt and approval (3-5 business days), we'll process your refund/exchange.
We cover return shipping if due to our error (e.g., wrong/defective item). Otherwise, you pay return shipping. International returns: Accepted, but you cover all postage/customs—no refunds for duties.
Exclusions and Fees
No returns/exchanges on:
- Used, installed, or modified items.
- Custom/special-order parts (e.g., fabricated exhausts).
- Safety gear (e.g., helmets, harnesses—for hygiene/safety reasons).
- Hazardous materials (e.g., race fuel).
- Opened packaging if not defective.
Restocking fee: 15-20% for non-defective returns (covers handling/inspection). Refunds exclude original shipping; partial for damaged packaging.
