Its innovative Twinwall® design features two aluminum alloy tubes, one within the other, providing exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. The outer tube is crafted from 7010-T73 aluminum, anodized to prevent corrosion, while the inner tube utilizes ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to resist wear from controls and twist grips. Rubber seals cover the ends of the outer tube to keep water and cleaning fluids out, and laser markings ensure accurate positioning. Each handlebar includes an updated injection-molded foam bar pad for enhanced protection and durability. Please note, this handlebar requires model-specific 1-1/8" bar mounts for bikes originally equipped with 7/8" bars.
