Renthal's Twinwall technology uses a 7010-T73 outer tube paired with an ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 inner tube, both hard anodized to resist corrosion and wear from mud, water, and repeated use. The included injection-molded foam bar pad absorbs vibration while offering superior protection in crashes.

This handlebar is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for 2016+ KTM SX125–450 models and other bikes running short bend, 1-1/8" diameter bars. Laser marking guides precise positioning for consistent setup across multiple bikes. If your bike originally shipped with 7/8" bars, you'll need model-specific 1-1/8" bar mounts to fit these bars correctly.
