The Allstar Performance Carburetor Shear Plate is engineered to enhance the performance of race engines, particularly those with significant cam overlap. By creating a dam under the throttle plates, it builds low pressure and improves the vacuum signal to the carburetor. This 1/2-inch thick plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and features a clear anodized finish for corrosion resistance.
