Got questions about when your order will ship? You’re in the right place! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping cut off times.

Our Shipping Policy at a Glance

Same-Day Shipping: Most orders ship the same day, ensuring you get your items as quickly as possible.
Exceptions: Oversized items and USPS Ground Advantage shipments may take longer to process.
Daily Cutoff Time: Our normal shipping cutoff is 12pm (noon) EST, Monday through Friday.

What Happens After the Cutoff?

We do our best to fulfill orders up until we close each day (Monday to Friday). If you place your order after 12pm EST, we’ll try to get it packed and shipped the same day—but it’s not guaranteed.

Need It Shipped Urgently?

For urgent shipments, we encourage you to contact us directly. We’re happy to check if we can get it out for you on the same day, even if it’s past our usual cutoff time.

Weekends and Holidays

Please note that we only process and ship orders during business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
