This IMCA-approved gas-pressured shock features a steel, smooth body construction and a 1/2-inch shaft that displaces less oil when compressed, resulting in reduced rod pressure gain and a 36% decrease in rod force compared to 5/8-inch shaft shocks. Its robust sealing system withstands high temperatures and heavy debris, and the shock is owner-rebuildable, serviceable, and revalveable, with a grooved design for coil-over hardware compatibility.
