The AFCO Steel Shock Monotube 7in 3C-8R is engineered for dirt modified racing, offering enhanced driver feel and improved grip on fast and rough tracks. This IMCA-approved gas-pressured shock features a steel, smooth body construction and a smaller shaft to displace less oil when compressed, resulting in reduced rod pressure gain and a 36% decrease in rod force compared to 5/8-inch shaft shocks. Its robust sealing system withstands high temperatures and heavy debris, and the shock is owner rebuildable, serviceable, and revalveable, with grooves for coil-cover hardware.
