This PARTS UNLIMITED rebuild kit restores precise fuel atomization and throttle response by replacing every wear component—O-rings, gaskets, jets, and needle seats—with OEM-specification parts. If your sled is running rough or won't start cleanly, a full carburetor rebuild is the most cost-effective path back to factory performance.

The kit uses NBR rubber throughout, engineered to resist ethanol-blended fuels common today. Paper float bowl gaskets are upgraded to high-performance interference material for superior sealing. Multi-carburetor models receive enough components to service all carbs, so you get back to riding faster.
